At the low point of her existence, Cinderblock, the outcast alley cat, accidently rubs on an ancient lamp, releasing the genie, who promises three wishes. Is it just a hallucination stemming from hypothermia and starvation, or will Cinderblock suddenly be transformed into an Alpha Feline?
